DKGWEM-2020: The LIGO and Virgo GW observatories are about to conclude their third observing run (O3), after which they will be subject to major upgrades. At this meeting we will discuss what we have learned so far during O1, O2 (and maybe O3) from GWs and EM counterparts, as well as discuss what we hope to observe and learn in the near future.

One of the main purposes of the event is to provide a venue for GW/EM researchers currently based in Denmark to interact with each other. We naturally hope this will foster new ideas and collaborations between groups.

NOTE: The deadline for registration has been extended to January 10, 2020.

To registre, please follow the links on this site.

There is no fee. Food and coffee/tea will be provided during the meeting.

Organizers: Johan Samsing (NBIA), Martin Pessah (NBIA), and Thomas Tauris (AIAS/Institut for Fysik og Astronomi, Aarhus Universitet).
