Tissue labels are provided by radiologist. It Depends on datasets, may be manually or automatic. However, mostly manually.

Thank you for the presentation. I was wondering if uncertainties in the segmentation is something you care about and if so what strategies are used to quantify them. Are probabistic models such as the proba unet useful?

Inception-Res Blocks are used to find the deep features. Ofcourse, computational pointer of view, method is not much good.
