Title: Study the QCD Phase Structure in High-Energy Nuclear Collisions

Abstract: After reviewing recent results from the RHIC beam energy scan program and the status of studying QCD phase structure, I will discuss the physics program at the high baryon density region. The focus will be given to the Compressed Baryonic Matter (CBM) at FAIR.
