Description

Welcome to the Year-End Villum Symposium: Advancing High-Energy Nuclear Physics Frontiers

Join us as we explore groundbreaking advancements in high-energy nuclear physics at the Year-End Villum Symposium. This event brings together leading researchers to discuss pivotal topics, including the initial conditions of high-energy nuclear collisions, collectivity in small systems, and the role of nuclear structure in shaping collision dynamics. Sessions will also highlight the latest detector technology developments, focusing on the FoCal project at CERN and innovative approaches to scientific outreach in collaboration with CERN. Together, we aim to advance understanding and inspire the next generation of scientific discovery.

This event is supported by the Villum Young Investigator project "Creating a smallest droplet of early universe in the Laboratory (2019-2024)".
