 ng 2026 aims to bring together researchers working across the full spectru
 m of contemporary nuclear physics\, from low-energy investigations of nucl
 ear structure to high-energy studies of strongly interacting matter and fu
 ndamental constituents of nuclei.\nWhile experimental techniques\, facilit
 ies\, and energy scales differ significantly between the subfields\, many 
 of the underlying scientific questions are deeply connected. How does comp
 lex nuclear structure emerge from the interactions among quarks and gluons
 ? How do collective phenomena arise in finite nuclear systems? Which degre
 es of freedom are most relevant at different energy scales? Answering thes
 e questions requires ongoing dialogue between low-energy and high-energy n
 uclear physics communities.\nThe meeting provides a forum for strengthenin
 g interactions among researchers working at facilities such as ISOLDE\, FR
 IB\, and the LHC. By exploring common scientific themes\, including nuclea
 r structure\, collectivity\, correlations\, emergent phenomena\, and advan
 ced detector technologies\, we seek to foster new collaborations and ident
 ify opportunities for cross-disciplinary research.\nWe warmly welcome rese
 archers\, postdoctoral fellows\, and students from all areas of nuclear ph
 ysics to join us for two days of scientific exchange and community buildin
