The conference fee is 1400 NOK. The fee includes covering expenses for the transportation to and from the airport.
Please fill out the "Accompanying persons" field in the registration form. Family members accompanying do not pay a conference fee.
Deadline for payment of the conference fee is December 1st, 2019.

- for people in groups with team account at CERN, we strongly advise to make one payment per group, by the deadline, in the following way :

- choose https://edh.cern.ch/Document/SupplyChain/TID
- Fill in:
- General description : Nordic Winter meeting, Jan 2-7
- Short description : conference participation
- Comments: write the names of all the people you are paying for
- Supplier Technical contact [ The Supplier Technical Contact details the person who is providing a service or goods to the client of a TID] : enter Copenhagen ATLAS TID which is T148100
- Client Technical contact : your group TID
- please make sure the amount transferred, after conversion, corresponds to the fee requested (1400 NOK per person registered)
- only for people who cannot pay via CERN team account, then pay cash at the arrival at the conference.
