The course gives 5 ECTS points. The final grade will be passed or not passed.
Students will be evaluated based on their active participation to lectures and exercises, so presence to both is mandatory.
NEW:
The Master students at some universities are not allowed to get 5 ECTS for this course in its original form.
We have therefore agreed with the lecturers, that they will provide an exercise which should take you another week to complete. When you have successfully completed this exercise, then the Universities should definitely accept to give you the full 5 ECTS. Your exercise will be evaluated by the lecturers.
We will be providing 2 possible exercises, 1 in astro and one in particle physics. You can choose which one you prefer to make. Please contact us, if you would like to do one of these exercises. We know that at least Copenhagen and Lund universities will demand this of the master students.
