There is no registration fee associated with the meeting.

Due to space limitations we will be able to accept a maximum of 70 in-person participants.

Acceptance will be notified by email and the list of participants will be posted online

Deadline for submitting an abstract for talks: May 1, 2025.

Deadline for submitting an abstract for posters: July 1, 2025.

Notification of talks and acceptance of attendance: May 15, 2025.

Program and list of participants online: May 25, 2025

Registration deadline: July 1, 2025.
