Description
A one-day workshop focusing on opportunities for astroparticle neutrino physics in Antarctica will be held at the Niels Bohr Institute in Copenhagen. The workshop is organized to showcase on-going and potential experimental projects as well as gauge interest for new collaboration from within the Nordic physics community.

A tentative list of science topics include:
- Extra-galactic supernova neutrino detection
- Dark matter annihilation signals
- Fundamental neutrino physics ( oscillation, mass hierarchy, maximal mixing, etc.)
- Astrophysical neutrinos ( GZK, cosmic accelerators, point sources, etc.)

In addition to the science topics, there will be discussions of the instrumentation requirements and new photo-detectors that may meet the challenges of physics research in an Antarctic environment.

Please feel free to contact D. Jason Koskinen (koskinen@nbi.ku.dk) with any inquiries, and circulate this open invitation to any parties who may be interested in the workshop.
