ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION
PRELIMINARY INFO on SCHEDULE - for arranging flights. We are expecting to begin registration around 11:30 and have a small reception before starting at 13:00 on Monday Aug. 11th. The program will end around 13:00 on Thursday Aug. 14th. We will provide lunch at the NBI canteen throughout the duration of the workshop, including Thursday.
HOTEL - We have reserved three blocks of 10 single rooms at three different hotels in downtown Copenhagen. We will cover the expenses associated with the hotel according to the arrival and departure dates displayed in the table below. Please let us know immediately if this information needs to be modified.
CHECK-OUT - Please note that the last possible check-out date that you were able to choose during registration, corresponds to the last day of the workshop - Thursday August 14th. This means that you will need to check out before coming to the last morning session on Thursday August 14th. If you need to stay an extra night in order to depart on Friday 15th, PLEASE LET US KNOW ASAP. We will do our best to cover this night as well, provided that not too many participants need to depart on Friday 15th.
CANCELLATION - Please do let us know as soon as possible if your plans change. The last day to confirm your attendance is June 23th. After this date, the hotel will charge us for the number of nights we have confirmed.

Hotel Maritime - Is a hotel close to Nyhavn. It can be found at the address Peder Skrams Gade 19, 1054 Copenhagen. The easiest way to get there is to take the metro from the airport to Kongens Nytorv station and then walk for 5 minutes. See the directions on Google maps.
Best Western hotel - Is a hotel close to Nyhavn. It can be found at the address Peder Skrams Gade 24, 1054 Copenhagen. The easiest way to get there is to take the metro from the airport to Kongens Nytorv station and then walk for 5 minutes. See the directions on Google maps.
Ibsens Hotel - Is a hotel close to the Lakes. It can be found at the address Vendersgade 23, 1363 Copenhagen. The easiest way to get there is to take the metro from the airport to Nørreport station and then walk for 5 minutes. See the directions on Google maps.
