Accommodation
Accommodation at a nearby hotel will be arranged for by the organizers. Participants will be requested to pay directly at the hotel upon arrival. If you are interested in checking in before Sunday August 27th or checking out later than Saturday September 2nd, please make your own arrangements for any extra nights directly with the hotel.
We have reserved a block of single rooms at the CABINN Scandanavia (Vodroffsvej 55, 1900 Frederiksberg C) and a block of double rooms at CABINN Express (Danasvej 32, 1910 Frederiksberg C). You can find how to get from CABINN Scandinavia to the Niels Bohr Institute here and from CABINN Express to the Niels Bohr Institute here. Both paths are pleasant walks along the lakes.
From the airport, you can take the metro. The closest metro stop to the hotels is called Forum. The hotels are within walking distance from there.
