Mornings will consist of lectures by both international and local experts on various aspects of machine learning, including:
Viviana Acquaviva (CUNY NYC, ICCUB Barcelona)
Adriano Agnello (DARK, NBI)
Keith Butler (Rutherford Appleton Laboratory)
Gregory Dobler (Delaware)
Lars Maaløe (Corti)
Noah Olsman (Harvard)
Troels Petersen (NBI)
Charles Steinhardt (DAWN, NBI)
and others TBD.
The afternoons will consist of four independent workshops in smaller groups, focused on Machine Learning in Astrophysics (led by V. Acquaviva), Machine Learning in Biophysics (N. Olsman), Machine Learning in Materials Science (K. Butler), or Machine Learning in Urban Science (G. Dobler). Students will attend all of the morning lectures, but pick one of the four afternoon tracks for the entire school.
