Please contact Charles Steinhardt (steinhardt@nbi.ku.dk) for additional information.

Important Note Regarding Registration: Registration on this website by non-local students is only an application to attend the school. After registration ends, we will notify accepted participants.

In order for your application to receive full consideration, please provide all the information requested in the application form and submit this form before the deadline. The school will have four parallel tracks for smaller group workshops, so your application must include which track you prefer to participate in. In addition, please list the three most relevant courses that you have taken that will allow you to take advantage of the school and any relevant publications on the subject areas of the school that you have authored. If you plan on presenting a poster at the school, please also include the title of your poster. Finally, please describe how this school will benefit you and your planned research programme.

Accepted Students: Due to space limitations; a maximum of 40 non-local students can be accepted for the school, 10 in each track. Please fill in the application/registration form as soon as possible to be fully considered. A very limited amount of financial assistance is available either as a participation fee waiver or towards local expenses; please let us know at the time of registration if this is essential.

Registration fees for accepted non-local students are DKK 1000 (around 135 EUR), which includes the excursion to Hven. Students will also be responsible for travel and housing costs (we will recommend possible hotel options, but Copenhagen is a large city with many hotel options of varying price and quality and students are free to choose among them). Registration for local students is free of charge, but local students will need to pay approximately DKK 750 if they would like to participate in the excursion.

Students are expected to bring their own laptops, and wireless internet will be available through either eduroam or the NBI guest network.
