Submission deadline
By clicking the button below you can submit a new abstract for either an oral presentation or a poster. If you have not already logged in, you will be required to do so or to create a new indico account. Please use the same account/email address also in the registration form.
There are two kinds of oral presentations: the "classic" talk, and the "hands-on" presentation where the speaker show in real time how their method works (e.g., running a Jupyer Notebook while sharing their screen).
Posters will be approved in about a week after the deadline, while the selection of contributed talks will take a bit longer. At the moment, one should assume that their talk/poster will be featured on a virtual platform, not at the venue. We will keep you posted if something changes. If your abstract is selected for a talk, you will be asked to complete your participation within 2 weeks in order to confirm the talk.
For oral contributions that have not been selected, the authors will have the possibility to bring a poster instead.
