A one-day symposium on creativity from art and science perspectives, focusing on how transdisciplinary practices can enhance creativity and also on how we can enhance creativity instead of displacing it in the age of AI.
We are open for abstract submissions (see call for abstracts tab).
The location is TBD within Copenhagen.
Program Overview:
Session 1. How did I get my best idea? Creative journeys across disciplines. Creators from different practices reflect on the creative journeys and on how ideas are born.
Session 2. Breaking boundaries: How transdisciplinary work can enhance creativity. Speakers whose careers cross disciplinary lines reflect on how working between fields generates new ideas and new forms of knowledge.
Session 3. The creative process in the age of AI. This session brings together artists and researchers to ask how creativity can be enhanced rather than diminished in the age of AI.
Session 4. Looking ahead: how will research be done in ten years? A panel discussion on the future of research, both scientific and artistic: how AI and transdisciplinary work may transform practice, and how teaching and mentoring will need to adapt.
