DNA Dynamics and Life Strategies

Europe/Copenhagen
Kim Sneppen (Niels Bohr Institute), Lene Oddershede (Niels Bohr Institute), Mogens Høgh Jensen (Niels Bohr Institute), Namiko Mitarai (Niels Bohr Institute)
Description
The school is focusing quantitative aspects of biological regulatory dynamics, ranging from DNA repair, DNA-looping, chromosomal architecture, to the architecture of small regulatory networks and their implementation in space. The participants are expected to gain understanding of regulatory decisions and strategies from cellular to multicellular scale. The school is intended for interested researchers at all levels, especially PhD students.
