The meeting will be held at the Niels Bohr International Academy in Copenhagen. Due to a limited capacity of the available lecture room the meeting is limit to participants to 35. The participants will be selected strictly on a first to register basis. The NBIA is sponsoring the meeting by providing free refreshments and lunches during the meeting. They are also partly sponsoring the conference dinner. Due to the lack of an online payment facility at the Copenhagen university, you have to pay the conference fee in cash at the time of registration. The conference fee is 600 Dkr
