ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION
PRELIMINARY INFO on SCHEDULE - for arranging flights. We are expecting to begin registration around 11:30 and have a small reception before starting at 13:00 on Monday Aug. 4th. The program will end around 13:00 on Friday Aug. 8th. We will provide lunch at the NBI canteen throughout the duration of the workshop, including Friday.
HOTEL - We have reserved a block of single rooms at the Best Western Hotel City in downtown Copenhagen. We will cover the expenses associated with the hotel according to the arrival and departure dates displayed in the table below. Please let us know immediately if this information needs to be modified.
Best Western hotel - Is a hotel close to Nyhavn. It is located at the address Peder Skrams Gade 24, 1054 Copenhagen. The easiest way to get there is to take the metro from the airport to Kongens Nytorv station and then walk for 5 minutes. See the directions on Google maps.
CHECK-OUT -Please note that the last possible check-out date that you were able to choose during registration, corresponds to the last day of the workshop - Friday August 8th. This means that you will need to check out before coming to the last morning session on Friday August 8th. If you need to stay an extra night in order to depart on Saturday 9th, PLEASE LET US KNOW ASAP. We will do our best to cover this night as well, provided that not too many participants need to depart on Saturday 9th.
CANCELLATION - Please do let us know as soon as possible if your plans change. The last day to confirm your attendance is June 16th. After this date, the hotel will charge us for the number of nights we have confirmed.
