Some notes for presenters:
- The schedule has no gap between talk slots. To leave time for questions and to change over to to next speaker please aim for 22 minutes in a 30 minute slot.
- In the auditorium, your slides will be displayed from your own laptop. Please remember any adapters needed to connect to a VGA connector.
- Please have a backup copy of your talk on a USB-drive in case there is a need to use an alternate computer for your talk.
- The talks will take place in the historic Auditorium A of the NBI. Because this seminar room has plenty of light in summer, we strongly suggest using light backgrounds and dark text for your slides.
- Please upload your talk slides to this conference website. When you are logged in to the Indico system, the menu item "My Contributions" should appear on the left, where you can upload files to accompany your abstract. You can view the files others have uploaded through the Timetable page.
- You will chair the session of talks where your name appears on the schedule.
- You will then have the opportunity to moderate the discussion following the talks. Keeping the talks on time is critical to ensuring there is time left for discussion.
- Please ask the previous speakers of each session back to the front of the room after the coffee break/last talk. This is intended to allow questions to be directed to them as a panel during the discussion.
