Directions

Getting from the airport to the city centre

The easiest way to get from the airport to the city centre is to use the Metro, located in terminal 3, past the entrance to the trains. You can buy a ticket on the ground floor level at the vending machines or at the desk. You will need a 3-zone ticket, which costs 36,00 DKK.

If you intend on using the bus daily while in Copenhagen (e.g. if you stay at Hotel Løven), then there are other options to consider.  The easiest is the Flex Card for 3 zones (310 DKK), which is sufficient to get to/from the airport, and will cover all shorter journeys for 7 days.  More information on transit ticket options is available from moviatrafik.dk.

The website www.rejseplanen.dk, available in English and German as well as Danish, is useful for planning transit pathways in Copenhagen.

Getting to the Niels Bohr Institute

The Niels Bohr Institute at Blegdamsvej 17 can be found on this map. Detailed directions on how to reach the institute (as well as other useful information) can be found here.

Laptops at the Institute

The use of a laptop at the institute is described here. You will receive  the password to access the local network from the organizers when the school starts. If you have eduroam this will work at NBI.
