Travelling from the Airport
By taxi from the airport
Taxi from the Airport to the Niels Bohr Institute costs about DKK 300. Taxi to downtown costs about DKK 250.
Credit cards are welcomed in most taxis. Vacant taxis carry a sign with the word: FRI (vacant)
By public transportation
The easiest way to get to the Niels Bohr Institute by public transportation is by Metro and bus.
- Airport to Nørreport Station: Metro (Runs every 4-6 min. Travelling time about 15 min.)
- Nørreport Station to Niels Bohr Institute: Bus no. 150 S, 184, 185, 42, 43 or 6 A. (15 min.)
Get off at the first stop on Nørre Allé. All three addresses are within a few minutes walking distance. See the map.
If you are going from the Airport to downtown, you can take bus no. 250 (express) to the Railway Station, or bus no. 12 to the City Hall.
Tickets
You must have a ticket before getting on the Metro. You need a three-zone-ticket, price: DKK 36. You’ll find ticket automats at the DSB counter at Terminal 3 and at the metro station at the end of Terminal 3. The ticket is valid for both metro and bus.
