General Information on accommodation
We have made block bookings at two hotels which are located very centrally in Copenhagen and which are well connected by bus. The hotel
Christian IV
is a 20-25 minutes' walk from NBI and the price for a single room is 875 DKK.
The hotel
City is a 25-30 minutes' walk from NBI and the price for a single room is 945 DKK. If you would like to take advantage of these block bookings, please let us know during registration, but then
please contact the hotel directly letting them know your dates and stating the booking code 40412 for Christian IV and 57950 for City. The rooms at Christian IV will be held for us until February 1 and the rooms at City until January 20. Many other convenient accommodation options in Copenhagen are listed on this
page. Please feel free to contact the organisers if you have any questions regarding accommodation.
PhD Students from participating institutes
We will cover accommodation costs for PhD students coming from the participating institutes (as listed on the frontpage). If that is your case, please let us know during registration, and we will soon contact you with a confirmation. We have made a booking for this purpose at a small nearby hotel (
Ni Smaa Hjem). (In case this becomes full some people will be accommodated elsewhere). Note that we normally expect to cover the costs of a stay of 1 night.
