The venue for the conference 'Charting Cosmic Dawn' will be in the beautiful setting of the conference and spa/beach hotel of Marienlyst Strandhotel, Nordre Strandvej 2, 3000 Helsingør – established in 1861.
On the arrival day (Sunday), an afternoon treat and light food/small hors d'oeuvre buffet will be served in the evening. You will receive three drink tickets that cover a chosen beverage for the evenings of Sunday, Monday and Wednesday.
On Tuesday, we will have the conference dinner at Kronborg Castle.
On Thursday we will have an outing to the cozy indoor streetfood venue 'Værtet' (also included and paid by the conference).
Included is full accommodation with breakfast buffet, lunch, refreshments with coffee/Perch's tea and treats during the days, and 3-course dinners.
The indoor pool and spa area/access is included in the conference fee from 6am - 9am.
There is also an option to sign up for 'Sauna-gus' that starts around 7:15am every day. The capacity is for around 20 people, and you can sign-up the day before from 3pm in the reception.
On the time-slots during the afternoon/evenings a small price must be paid to use the indoor pool due to the size of hotel and the other guests at the hotel.
All other activities at the hotel as for example the fitness room, the shuffleboard, ping-pong, fussball table and board games are a part of the conference package. And of course the beautiful beach and the ocean right outside the venue.
