Registration form
Only accepted speakers are able to register for the conference, subject to payment of the conference fee as detailed below. Since the core idea behind this conference is to stimulate discussion and collaboration for the entirety of the week, priority will be given to participants attending in person. Further details on the conference fee and the possibility of room sharing are given below.

Conference fee
Participants will be required to pay the conference fee (€1500) to cover all costs during the stay, including the registration fee, the all-inclusive accommodation at Marienlyst Hotel, the conference venue, the excursion to the UNESCO World Heritage Kronborg Castle, where the conference dinner is also held on Tuesday 14 April.
The default hotel booking is from Sunday 12 April until Friday 17 April and will cover all meals throughout the conference. If you wish to arrange an extended stay, please get in touch with Marienlyst Hotel directly after completing your registration.
We appreciate the financial burden involved with participation. If you would like to share a room for a reduced fee (€1350), we have set up a spreadsheet to find roommates here. Note that you may only register for a shared room once you have confirmed your roommate.
We are furthermore in the process of applying for additional funding to offer (limited) financial support. We unfortunately cannot guarantee any support at this point, and for administrative reasons this would be provided in the form of a reimbursement after registration is completed. If you would like to be considered, please contact us providing a brief motivation.
We would highly appreciate it if you register, or otherwise let us know you will no longer be able to attend in person, at your earliest convenience. The deadline for registration is the 17th of December 2025.
