Accommodation

Copenhagen can be a popular tourist destination during the summer and so we would strongly ! encourage all participants to try to make their hotel reservations as soon as possible in order to avoid disappointment.

The University of Copenhagen's Researcher Hotel has a small number of rooms (with common bathroom facilities) which are available on a first come first served basis. The hotel is situated near to the city centre, approximately 3 km from the HCØ Institute where the meeting will be held. (As shown on the map below).

The prices are 400 DKK (65 CHF) per night for a single room and 530 DKK (87 CHF) per night for a twin
room. If you are interested in booking one of these rooms you should make a reservation using the hotel's
online booking system. When making your reservation the required booking code is ATLAS TDAQ week.

The Researcher Hotel is filling up fast so if you would like a room you should book it as soon as possible !

Alternatively, there are many other hotels around Copenhagen to choose from. A fairly comprehensive list
of hotels near to the HCØ Institute which have rooms available during the TDAQ week can be found here.
