Two wireless networks are available for the meeting:

Eduroam
password to Conference network will be distributed on the day of the meeting. We suggest participants to try this network first.
If you use Eduroam at your own institute, then you should be able to access Eduroam here at Copenhagen University without any change.
Please try this first, and be patient the first time you try.
In case you encounter trouble with this, we also upload some instructions from Copenhagen University IT system.
There is a Science IT helpdesk just down the hall from aud 2, in case help is needed. They are open every day.
Please access the internet via either of these networks with only one device at a time. We discourage trying to have mobile, tablet and laptop plus whatever other electronic device for each person on the network at the same time, as this will cause instabilities of the connection and be a nuisance to the other participants.
