conference venue is the Faculty of Life Sciences of Copenhagen
University, Bülowsvej 17, 1870 Frederiksberg C, which is some distance
from the Niels Bohr Institute buildings.
We have reserved blocks of rooms for people attending the conference,
in four nearby hotels. Conference attendees wishing to reserve one of
these rooms should do so by 7 March, as rooms may be unavailable after
that date. In order to book please follow the instructions below for
each hotel.
Please note that cancellation or changes to reservations after 7 March
may result in charges.
Kong Arthur
Kong Arthur is a four star upscale hotel close to city attractions,
approximately 30 minutes walk or 15 minutes transit from the
conference venue.
In order to get the group booking rate (1075 kr/night), please use the
Hotel Sct. Thomas
Hotel Sct. Thomas is a three star hotel in downtown Frederiksberg,
only 15 minutes walk from the conference venue.
The group booking rate is 845 kr/night for a Single room, 945 kr/night
for a Single Superior room, and 995 kr/night for a Double or Twin
room. These prices include breakfast and wifi.

Wakeup Copenhagen, Borgergade
Wakeup Copenhagen, Borgergade is a cool, modern, budget hotel in central Copenhagen close to Kongens Nytorv; it is 40 minute walk but only 20 minutes transit from the conference venue.
The group booking rate is 805 kr/night for a Single Room, and 975 kr/night for a Double room (Double rooms have one double bed). Breakfast, internet access, VAT, and environmental supplement are included in the rate. Bookings for this hotel can be cancelled for free but only until 6 days before arrival.
