We have limited funds to provide financial assistance to PhD student participants that attend the School in person. The financial assistance is limited to covering accommodation costs, i.e., a hotel room, during the School.
To apply for financial assistance, there are two requirements:
- E-mail the local organizers (Markus Ahlers and Mauricio Bustamante) a short justification letter (one page, maximum) of why you require the assistance in order to participate. In your letter, please indicate how many days of accommodation support you require (from one to six nights).
- Ask your PhD supervisor to e-mail the local organizers a short letter of support (one page, maximum) on your behalf.
The deadline for application for financial assistance is March 31, 2022.
We will announce the results of the application for financial assistance together with the results of the application to participate in the School.
