Travel Information

Ground Transportation

It is simple and efficient to travel between the airport and location of the conference & hotels via the Metro.

When you arrive at CPH, follow signage for the metro.  It is located right above terminal 3.

Tickets can be bought at the metro station and at the DSB ticket sales counter in terminal 3. You will need a ticket for three zones, which costs DKK 38.  Please note that the machines only accept coins and all major credit cards, not notes.  (If you wish to purchase a ticket on your phone without having to go to a machine, you can download and set up the transit app "DOT Mobilbilletter" in advance.)

All the trains go in the same direction from the airport (M2 to Vanløse Station), so you do not have to worry about getting on the wrong train.  Trains run about every 5 min during the day and 15 minutes in the evening.  It will take about 15 minutes to reach the city center.

The nearest station to the Hotel Kong Arthur is Nørreport. (Directions: 9 min walk)

The nearest station to the Wake Up Copenhagen is Kongens Nytorv. (Directions: 6 min walk)

The nearest station to Basecamp is Nørreport. (Directions: 10 min walk)

The nearest station to the Geological Museum is Nørreport. (Directions: 7 min walk)
