This is the second international workshop on cosmology and astroparticle physics organised jointly by the Niels Bohr International Academy and the Asia Pacific Center for Theoretical Physics. (The first such workshop was held at APCTP, Pohang, 21-25 October 2013.) The aim is to assess recent developments in the field and critically discuss open problems.
