The 22nd Nordic Particle Physics Meeting (Spaatind 2012) will take place at the THON Hotel in Skeikampen (Norway), from Monday, January 2 to Saturday, January 7, 2012.

The program includes lectures and overview presentations on some of the most actual topics in particle and astroparticle physics, with an emphasis on results from the LHC experiments and their interpretation.
In addition, there are contributed talks presented by the participants.

Travel Arrangements

Bus transport will be arranged from/to Oslo Airport Gardermoen on Monday January 2, and Saturday January 7, 2012.

Departure time on January 2nd: 2:00pm from Gardermoen. Don't miss this bus!
Arrival Gardermoen on January 7th before noon. Please plan your flights accordingly.
 

Accommodation

The prices for accommodation, including all meals, are 590 NOK per person per night in a double shared room and 650 NOK per person per night in a single room.

IMPORTANT NEWS: Accomodation expenses for Ph.D. and Masters students opting for shared accomodation will be covered by the Organization. Please indicate in your registration if you need this support.
 

Conference Fee

The conference fee, which will cover the transportation to and from the airport as well as wine at the Conferernce Dinner is 1000 NOK. A reduced fee of 500 NOK will be collected for accompanying persons aged 15 or more. Ph.D. and Masters students are exempt from the conference fee.
